5F-SDB-006 is also called N-benzyl-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamide, MolPort-002-288-574, STK734901, AC1M2X98, ZIN02875319 and AKOS001729980. Its molecular formula is C21H23FN2O. Its λmax is listed as 218, 291 nm, and its stability is rated at approximately two years.

5F-SDB-006 works as a potent agonist for the cannabinoid receptors in humans, with an EC50 of 50 nM for the CB1 receptor, and 123 nM for the CB2 receptors, showing a very strong selectivity for the CB1 over the CB2 receptors. 5F-SDB-006 was discovered during research into a compound called APICA or 2NE1, which was being used as a synthetic cannabinoid. As you may be able to tell from its designation, 5F-SDB-006 as analogous to SDB-006 but is terminally fluorinated.

5F-SDB-006 can also be considered an analogue of SDB-001 and JWH-0188. Here, 5F-SDB-006 can be differentiated because it sports a phenyl ring in place of JWH’s adamant cage. It is this phenyl ring which bonds to both the central CB1 and peripheral CB2 cannabinoid receptors.  

This is a fairly new compound, so its full toxicology and pharmacology are not yet known. We do know that similarly modified cannabinoid compounds generally show substantially increased affinity for both CB1 and CB2 receptors.

5F-SDB-006 is shipped as a white crystalline powder. It should be kept away from heat, sunlight and open flame.
